Position: Technical Manager

Territory:  Mid-Atlantic District

Candidate Description
Regenesis, a global leader in the groundwater and soil remediation industry seeks a highly motivated individual with remediation experience to manage business development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic district of the US.  The team member will be responsible for all aspects of sales and technical support of Regenesis’ remediation products line and Geo-Seal™ composite vapor barriers for vapor intrusion mitigation.

The successful candidate will be self motivated and have experience with in situ groundwater and soil remediation.  The position also requires a detailed understanding of regulations driving remediation and vapor intrusion mitigation throughout the district. Consultative selling experience combined with public speaking skills are highly desired for this position.  Technical degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or Hydrogeology with at least 3 years experience in the environmental industry is required.

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for qualifying new opportunities and developing remedial solutions.
  • Presentations to environmental engineering firms, regulators, and end users (e.g., petroleum companies, real estate developers, etc.)
  • Remediation design by creating custom solutions for engineers and scientists
  • In-field application support, including training applicators and consultants
  • Data review on existing sites to evaluate performance of product application
  • Competitive spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced consultative selling environment

Territory includes:  NJ, eastern PA, MD, DE, VA, and DC.

Position: Account Sales Manager

Territory: US

Candidate Description
Regenesis, a global leader in the groundwater and soil remediation industry seeks a highly motivated individual with remediation experience for an inside sales position.  Candidate will serve as an Account Sales Manager and will work cooperatively with our outside sales team and technical services group to create innovative solutions for soil and groundwater remediation.  Environmental Science, Hydrogeology or Engineering background with 1-3 yrs experience in the soil/groundwater remediation industry is preferred.  Previous sales experience is desired.  Position located in San Clemente, CA.

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for qualifying new opportunities and developing remedial solutions.  Position will handle remedial alternatives analysis and design preparation
  • Requires daily interaction with client engineers and scientists to determine site requirements and client expectations
  • Making 30-40 phone calls per day
  • Some field work will be required
  • Competitive spirit that enjoys working in a fast-paced consultative selling environment

Compensation Plan:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and will include a cash incentive plan.
