Project Evaluation Forms
Since the Company's inception, Regenesis has provided technical consultation, application design, cost estimates and data review on the use of its products free-of-charge. This complimentary service is handled by the Regenesis Technical Services Group, a coveted team of full-time, highly experienced, remediation professionals which include: geologists, engineers, hydrologists and scientists. Collectively this group has designed and reviewed thousands of in-situ remediation projects and offers unmatched industry expertise all for the asking.
To take advantage of this free service as well as ensure proper product placement, installation design, dosing, mixing ratios, etc. it is highly recommended that you download, fill out and submit a completed Regenesis Site Evaluation Form (choose from metric and/or imperial units below).

Upon completion please e-mail it to tech@regenesis.com or fax to 949-366-8090 with a cover sheet. Once your form and information is received, a Regenesis Technical Services Representative will be in touch with you shortly to discuss the site, turnaround time and any questions you may have. Estimated time to completion of a technical design and formal proposal is approximately 7-10 business days.
