INTRODUCTION

Over the past decade Regenesis has gained a reputation as the global leader in the development and supply of advanced remediation technologies for the in situ treatment of soils and groundwater. Over this period of time Regenesis has assisted environmental engineering firms on over 13,000 projects worldwide to effectively treat contaminated soil and groundwater.

In many cases Regenesis was directly involved in the project as an extension of the engineering firm - designing the remediation program, overseeing injection contractors, aiding with regulatory requirements, etc.

Recently, many of these same firms have requested that Regenesis take on a more significant role - that of implementing the remediation itself. While Regenesis has performed this service at varying degrees in the past, Regenesis is now committed to serving environmental engineering firms with a range of services in support of on-site and in situ soil and groundwater remediation. These services will be managed and provided under a new division of the company known as Regenesis Remediation Services (RRS)SM.

REGENESIS REMEDIATION SERVICES (RRS) ™

RRS is the application services division of Regenesis and is dedicated to serving environmental engineering firms in the successful implementation of in situ remediation programs involving advanced technologies. The environmental professionals at Regenesis have designed, supported, reviewed and overseen thousands of in situ remediation projects throughout the world. The staff of RRS offers unmatched insight and technical expertise in the completion of successful contaminated site remediation. RRS performs on-site management and implementation of in situ remediation projects, specializing in the application of Regenesis' state-of-the-art chemical oxidation and enhanced bioremediation technologies.

RRS RANGE OF CONTRACTING SERVICES

Standard Design Services/Technical Support:

Regenesis, the products Company will continue to offer expert design and technical support services to engineering firms at no charge. In-field support and expert advice will now be available on-site for a nominal fee. This level of service is intended to aid engineering firms with the application of Regenesis products, examples include: training field crews on proper injection techniques, overseeing difficult product applications and project performance reviews.

Turn-Key Remediation Contracting:

Regenesis Remediation Services is now available to manage all aspects of in-situ or on-site bioremediation and chemical oxidation projects employing state-of-the art technologies and best practices in engineering project management. Regenesis, under contract to the environmental engineering firm, will take on all responsibility for project implementation. Drawing on over a decade of experience with in-situ remediation Regenesis' professionals now offer engineering firms the option of outsourcing critical field activities that are so integral to project success.

Performance-Based Contracting:

Regenesis Remediation Services welcomes the opportunity to work directly with engineering firms to share risk on the performance of projects. We are confident, given an adequate understanding of site conditions, that our project team can develop and implement successful remediation programs for most contaminated sites. We are open to evaluating opportunities to share the risk of project success with our engineering firm customers in the form of performance-based contracting or other creative and mutually beneficial arrangements.
